Biography

Aria Giovanni (born November 3, 1977) is an actress and nude model who was Penthouse Pet for the month of September 2000. She has modeled in a range of photographic styles, and has also had roles in television shows.

Giovanni was born in California, and grew up in Orange County. Her father has Italian-Yugoslavian heritage, and her mother has French, German, Irish, and American Indian heritage. In an interview, she has stated that she entered rehab at age 12 for drug and alcohol problems and stayed there for 26 months. During her second year in rehab she began taking high school classes and completed two years worth of classes during that time. After leaving rehab, she entered high school in her junior year.

She attended a junior college in San Diego majoring in biochemistry, while waitressing and tutoring in science and mathematics on the side, when she decided to enter modeling. She started answering newspaper ads in October, 1999, and soon began appearing on various amateur pornography websites such as Amateur Pink, Busty Amateurs, Seductive Amateurs, Darker Pleasures and BubbleGirls.

In 2000, Aimee Sweet introduced Giovanni to glamour photographer Suze Randall, who in late May of that year shot photos of Giovanni which appeared in the September issue of Penthouse magazine. At the same time, she also appeared on the web site Bomis, posing clothed for a Ferrari giveaway contest.

Around the same time that she shot the Penthouse photos, she transferred to University of California, San Diego as a junior transfer student intending to major in biochemistry and minor in English writing. However, she opted not to attend as she felt that the workload would not leave time for modeling; "I knew I could always come back to school, but I probably couldn't come back to modeling."

In 2001, she played Monica Snatch in the movie Survivors Exposed, a parody of the Survivor television series. She also appeared on the TV dating show Shipmates (Episode dated November 16, 2001).

Giovanni has appeared in bondage, fetish, amateur, glamour and artistic photography. Giovanni has worked extensively with Andrew Blake, appearing in Girlfriends, Aria, Blondes & Brunettes, Justine, Adriana and Naked Diva. In one scene one of the captivating beauties has a not so erotic encounter with Tarzan. The actor who was Tarzan in the 5 or ten minute scene looked like he was lost reading a map, and not making passionate love to this woman.Then there is a computer generated lobster that attack the women and kill the not so funny drunken tour guide. In another scene they are being stalked by cave men. One of who with all due respect spends more time at the food court in the mall then in the gym.Then they decide to pay homage to Amelia Earhart, in the three or four minute she is refered to as amelia air-head. The Earhart estate would not be pleased.

I am not ashamed to admit the scene I liked the best was Katie James in her birthday suit glory being bathed by the two other busty adventurer's in the ocean. The graphics with the skeletal demons are okay, and for the briefest of moments appear menacing. But a computer literate thirteen year old could have done much better with a vague concept of computer graphics. From my estamation the scene in the pagoda could have been more compelling and sensual. I could write how sensual and compelling the scene could have been, but I going to leave that to your erotic hearts and imagination. And with all due respect this movie had neither

The movie is what you'd expect out of it in regards to plot and acting , but to those who have bought it and watched it , it has what you've wanted to see. Cheyenne Silver is hot and was in a few scenes worth watching , the other girls rounded it out as well the only complaint is that Aria should have been in it more. Aside from that it was worth the watch sexy beautiful woman the plot and such were just scenery to the woman. It is all about the woman and all about Aria !!!

This video, along with every Andrew Blake film Miss Volk/Giovanni has ever done further solidifies that Aria Giovanni is the most beautiful woman on the face of the planet. She has the body and face that no straight man could ever turn down.

What I love about this video is the fact that you see Aria get naked in various different environmental settings. What this proves is that there is no setting in which Aria does not look sexy--to the contrary--the woman looks stunning no matter where she is getting naked. And let's face it, this is what all of guys want to see, Aria getting naked. Granted, this video is a bit more softcore than even the Andrew Blake films, with very little pink action showing, but much like the suspense that Aria creates by not doing hardcore, Aria creates this same suspense through doing minimal bodily stimulation and movements. I personally like all of the softcore, light touching/fondling vignettes, and as long as she is naked, what do I care if she isn't showing too many gape/pink shots?

All I know is--I have a definitive involuntary (reflex) genital reaction every time I see this woman naked. When I say every time, I mean EVERY TIME. Amazing what the right woman can do for you. I am very grateful that this woman exists during my own planetary human existence!

This is a very good DVD. The production isn't too expensive but it does the trick, however, one might expect a little something extra from a DVD. There are no special features or anything. From the menu you can jump to one of the 8 scenes of Aria in different locations. The photgraphy is well done as well as the camera work. Aria is way beyond excellence of course, but even in the worst conditions she would manage to glare on her own.

Bare Naked Survivor (2001)

This bosom-proud parody of the reality show takes six women (five former Penthouse Pets and a lone Playboy Playmate) to the Pacific island of Butta Cheeka in a joyfully silly exercise in tropical survival of the sneakiest. "Bare Naked Survivor" is so heavily tongue-in-Butta Cheeka that it is well nigh impossible to blow a fuse at the campy shenanigans on-screen. The film offers some genuinely funny send-ups of "Survivor with a smidge of Abbott and Costello tossed in. The gals look great in the surf and sand and the film sails along merrily without a care or a trace of pretension. For pure no-cal fun, "Bare Naked Survivor" is a delicious!

Are you ready for some serious Penthouse Pets? In this year's play-off show, we have these lovely ladies competing for the coveted title of Pet of the Year 2003: Suzette Spencer, Linn Thomas, Aria Giovanni, Sunny Leone, Ava Vincent, and Devon. Basically, we're talking "wall to wall" babes... and it's all good!

Penthouse's video offerings have yet to catch up to their magazine when it comes to explicitness, but that's not what I buy these movies for. In these features, it seems that the models are getting away with something on camera, and that's what's fun. Hard teasing with the occasional pay-off from gorgeous girls is a lot more erotic than the majority of the harder stuff out there.

There are nine features split amongst six different girls. After the introduction, we meet Suzette Spencer in a pink bikini, sitting on the edge of a bathtub. She plays with the foam and faucet a bit, but there's nothing really special about this scene. Next is Sunny Leone in a bedroom. The scene starts with a great shot of her in a sheer white nightgown backlit by a window 'it looks very sexy. There's some covert finger disappearing acts going on during this scene once or twice, but the angle of the camera and Sunny's hand prevent you from really seeing anything. Ava Vincent turns up in a harem get-up to rub her body a bit. It's a nice scene, but there's nothing that makes it stand out. Sunny comes back again, this time in a red dress. While the whole scene is very nice, it's a bit of a rehash of Sunny's first scene.
